Martin Luther King Jr. And Coretta Scott King Commemorative Week Of Human Rights And Social Justice is a week-long series of programs and events commemorating the lives of Martin Luther King Jr. and Coretta Scott King and continuing the dialogue around social justice and community change.
This year, we gather under the theme Hope and Belonging to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Mrs. Coretta Scott King through service, dialogue, creativity, skill building, and reflection.
The week begins on Saturday, January 17 with the MLK Jr. Beloved Community Service Project and continues throughout the week. Whether you are able to attend one event or several, your presence matters.
